A property inspection will identify the following defects :

FOUNDATIONS soil types, trees and hedges & foundation problems (settlement, subsidence etc).

DAMP PROOFING walls; damp proof course. ground floors; damp proof membrane.

EXTERNAL ELEVATIONS access steps, guarding etc, walls, joinery, eaves, roof finishes, chimneys and flashings.

THE INTERIOR cellar, ground floor, partition walls, intermediate floor structures, staircases, guarding and balconies, roof voids and structures.

INSULATION insulation of the external envelope, condensation risk structural issues and condensation risk interior issues.

SERVICES electrical installation, plumbing and sanitary accommodation, central heating, foul and storm drainage.

DANGEROUS MATERIALS asbestos & lead.

NATURAL & BIOLOGICAL PHENOMEN a seismic activity, flooding, radon gas, termites
wood boring insects & moulds.

ESCAPE IN THE EVENT OF FIRE early warning systems and escape routes.
